Training, animal care, animal sitting and FAGG:

Participation in all of my offerings is voluntary and at your own risk. The instructions given by me are accepted by you voluntarily and are carried out at your own risk.

All my safety instructions must be followed. If safety instructions are disregarded, the participant can be immediately excluded from the offer; a refund is not possible in this case.

You are liable for your dog in any case (possible attacks on other dogs/people, running away and the resulting injuries or death of the dog, property damage caused by the dog etc.).

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, purchased vouchers have a validity period of ten years from the date of issue, provided that the business still exists.

Non-purchased (free) vouchers, such as the exchange-TV-trainer-ticket-for-training campaign, are goodwill vouchers and have a validity period of 6 months from the date of issue.


The Directive on Distance Selling and Transactions Away from Home Act (FAGG for short) came into force on 13.06.2014 and means that you, as a consumer, have a right of withdrawal – without giving any reason – within 14 days. This applies to contracts concluded off-premises or by distance selling. A dog trainer/caretaker would therefore – despite services rendered – lose his fee. Therefore, to arrange an initial meeting, a bureaucratic process must be fulfilled, unless you as a customer want to wait two weeks for information or an appointment.
The procedure is therefore as follows:
– There is interest in my services and you contact me.
– I inform you by letter about the new right of withdrawal and provide you with a sample withdrawal form.
– If you wish to receive documents or an appointment before the 14 day withdrawal period has expired, a written request and a waiver of the right of withdrawal is necessary.
– As soon as I have received the signed declaration, you will receive the requested information and an appointment for a first meeting is no longer in the way.

Cancellations can only be refunded if they are made more than 48 hours in advance.

For the chassis service with home visit, training assistance, consultation, training with home visit, travel costs will be charged.

I reserve the right to postpone events both in time and place. Replacement dates will be announced in time. Furthermore, I reserve the right to cancel events and/or exclude human-dog teams at my own discretion if there are factually justified reasons. In this case the respective fee will be refunded proportionally.

You accept my instructions voluntarily and at your own risk.

Should you use aversive means or methods (choke collar, choke chain, retriever leash, electric, spiked or spray collar, throw discs, alpha throw, leash jerk, etc.) that are not compatible with my ethical guidelines or the principles of non-violent treatment of dogs, I reserve the right to exclude you from participation and to cancel the contract. In this case a refund of the costs is not possible.

To ensure a smooth process (without surprises) I would like to be informed about the vaccination status of the dog and whether he/she is neutered(for the walking groups, senior groups) and about any “peculiarities” of the dog (does not like other dogs or people, biting incidents, heat etc.) at the initial meeting, but at the latest when making the appointment. I reserve the right to decide which human-dog teams can participate in which group.

Furthermore ALL diseases have to be announced to avoid a possible infection / spreading.

Harnesses, coats, made to measure:

1. general
Deliveries, services and offers are exclusively based on the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. They shall be deemed to have been accepted when the order is placed. Deviating or different terms and conditions are not recognized, unless they have been expressly agreed in writing between Anita Frank (Wattebällchen) and the customer. No liability is assumed for data transmission errors or typographical errors.

2. offers and prices
The offers on this page, as well as discussed by phone and in person are non-binding. Deviations and technical changes compared to the illustrations or descriptions are possible.
The contract is concluded by written order confirmation by email. An order acceptance is made by email. Please enter your data correctly to ensure a quick and smooth processing.

3. payment
All offers are exclusively payable in EURO. All offers are subject to change. Postage and packaging costs are added to the price of each product according to point 5.
Payment can be made either in advance (bank transfer) Paypal or bank transfer.
In any case the payment has to be made free of charge for Anita Frank (Wattebällchen).

4. delivery and delivery times
The ordered goods are custom-made and therefore you have to expect a delivery time of 3 – 4 weeks.
The dispatch takes place with the Austrian post office AG or abroad also by parcel service. Special requests regarding shipping can be agreed with us in writing and are to be paid separately according to the agreement. For the delivery times of the Austrian Post AG can not be given.

5. shipping costs
The shipping costs are € 4,- within Austria. The shipping costs to Germany are € 8,-.
Shipping costs to other European countries or the rest of the world, please ask by mail. We always try to find the cheapest (insured) rate.

6. return/exchange
Since we are dealing with custom-made products, revocation is excluded.

The return has to be free of charge (freight collect deliveries will not be accepted) and in safe packaging. The costs of the return are carried by you. The customer is liable for negligence in case of returns.

7. return consequences
In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. advantages of use) shall be surrendered. If the goods show traces of use or damage upon return, an appropriate compensation for the value will be charged.
This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection – as it would have been possible for you in a retail store. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner and refrain from doing anything that could impair their value.
The purchase price of the goods will be refunded to you by bank transfer to your account (in this case, please give us the bank details in writing) or remains as a credit for further purchases.

8. warranty
If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please claim such defects immediately. Please notify us of obvious defects in the goods, including transport damage, immediately and in writing, but no later than 2 weeks after delivery of the goods. After this period, warranty rights due to an obvious defect are excluded.
The warranty obligation expires if the customer has modified the delivered goods.

9. severability clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid for whatever reason, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions.
